-Toxoplasmosis is caused by a single celled organism. Pregnant women are more prone to this disease so they should be kept away from litter boxes or other contaminated material.
-Rabies results from the bite of an infected animal. It attacks the central nervous system causing a variety of symptoms. Some of them include behavioral changes, fever and excessive drool. To protect the human health, rabies vaccinations is suggested.
